AI Product Manager – Agency Experience Required

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Product Manager with strong agency/consulting experience to own product engagements from discovery and scoping through delivery. The role focuses on AI agents, greenfield product development, legacy platform modernization, and AI-native enablement.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of scope, roadmap, and delivery.

Mandatory: Agency or Consulting experience managing multiple clients/accounts.

Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements with competing timelines, budgets, and priorities.

Hands-on experience with AI agents/agentic products or workflows — not just chatbot/prompting experience.

Understanding of agentic vs. deterministic workflows and their practical trade-offs.

Experience working closely with engineering teams on architecture, evaluation, guardrails, and delivery.

Strong experience in product scoping, PRDs, roadmap planning, prioritization, and success criteria.

Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, including VP-level presentations and scope discussions.

Ability to convert ambiguous business requirements into clear, actionable, shippable plans.

Comfortable working in rapid-paced and ambiguous environments.

Mandatory Engagement Experience

Candidate should have experience in at least 2 of the following:





Zero-to-one / Greenfield product development

Legacy platforms rebuild, modernization, or migration

Client-facing enablement, training, or technical workshops

Key Responsibilities

Own engagements from discovery and scoping through delivery.

Define PRDs, roadmaps, priorities, success metrics, and delivery plans.

Partner with AI/agentic engineering teams to determine the right technical approach.

Establish AI agent guardrails and evaluation criteria.

Manage multiple client engagements and competing priorities.

Lead client meetings, steering committees, sprint reviews, and scope discussions.

Measure business outcomes and ROI, not just product delivery.

Support clients in adopting AI-native product and engineering practices.

Nice to Have

Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks or AI observability tools.

Technical background in engineering, data, or QA.

Experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.

Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement programs.

Public writing or speaking experience in AI or product management.
