We are hiring an AI Product Engineer to help build and scale SymproAI, an AI-powered SaaS platform for systematic literature reviews, screening, data extraction, risk-of-bias assessment, and report writing.

This is a backend-heavy full-stack role for someone who can work closely with our engineering team in a fast-paced, AI-first development ecosystem.

What You'll Work On

- Build backend APIs and product features for SymproAI
- Work on AI-powered workflows involving LLMs, documents, jobs, results, and usage tracking
- Design MongoDB-backed workflows for projects, files, tasks, statuses, and outputs
- Build frontend screens for workflow status, results, retries, and user actions
- Integrate with AI/LLM services and Python/FastAPI workers
- Help make the product reliable as real clients start using it
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, or GitHub Copilot effectively,



while reviewing generated code carefully.

What We're Looking For

- 2-4 years of software engineering experience
- Robust backend fundamentals
- Experience building APIs and database-driven applications
- Comfort working across backend, frontend, and product requirements
- Interest in AI products and workflow automation
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn fast
