About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced AI/ML Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Conduct hands-on sessions using Python and AI/ML frameworks.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Train participants on real-world AI/ML use cases and projects.
- Conduct practical sessions on Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, NLP, and related technologies.
- Mentor participants during hands-on assignments and projects.
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep training content updated with the latest AI/ML technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python.




- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Good knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and LLMs.
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI frameworks/tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging and practical training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an AI/ML Trainer, Technical Trainer, Instructor, or Faculty.
- Experience delivering corporate or professional training programs.
- Relevant AI/ML or Data Science certifications.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience working on real-world AI/ML projects will be an added advantage.
