About The Role

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy large language model–based solutions using OpenAI APIs, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to power cutting-edge AI applications.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement LLM-based solutions leveraging OpenAI APIs

- Develop and integrate embedding pipelines for semantic search and similarity tasks

- Build, optimize, and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems

- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements

- Fine-tune and optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models and services in production environments

- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering

- Strong expertise with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing





- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs and associated tooling

- Proficiency in creating and utilizing embeddings for NLP applications

- Practical experience implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks

- Advanced programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree or higher in AI, Machine Learning, or related discipline

- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and similarity search

- Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ML

- Background in prompt engineering and custom model fine-tuning

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML deployment

- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in agile, team-oriented teams
