Experience

- Full Stack Developer experience

Responsibilities

- Design and implement autonomous and multi‑agent systems for planning, reasoning, tool invocation, and workflow execution
- Build agent workflows using orchestration frameworks
- Develop reusable agent components, skills, tools, and enterprise integrations
- Enable human‑in‑the‑loop controls and governance mechanisms for agents
- Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate LLMs for business use cases
- Design robust prompt engineering and management strategies
- Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and response quality
- Implement model evaluation and monitoring frameworks
- Design and implement enterprise‑scale Retrieval‑Augmented Generation solutions
- Build document ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and ranking pipelines
- Manage vector databases and knowledge repositories




- Improve factual accuracy and reduce AI hallucinations through grounded retrieval strategies

Additional Responsibilities

- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any directives regarding work location, team changes, shift changes, flexibility, and alternative work arrangements
