Senior AI/ML Engineer - Banking & AML Solutions

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and operate advanced languagemodel driven solutions for banking and AML use cases. The role involves endtoend system architecture, model integration, and productiongrade MLOps in a collaborative, fastmoving environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design scalable, highperformance AI systems that incorporate large language models, retrievalaugmented generation, and agentic AI components.
- Develop and maintain microservices using FastAPI, Golang, and Python to expose model capabilities to internal and external clients.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and monitoring to ensure reliable model deployment and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data engineers, domain experts, and product owners to translate banking AML or market requirements into technical solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation, API specifications, and knowledgebase artifacts (DocFactory) for crossteam consumption.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and mentorship to uphold engineering best practices and team cohesion.
