Role Description The AI Learning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on designing and delivering learning experiences related to AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities include developing and updating training content, structuring learning pathways, and managing programs within learning management systems. The specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex AI concepts into accessible, engaging materials for diverse learner groups. Daily activities include facilitating training sessions, monitoring learner progress, gathering feedback, and continuously improving curricula and learning tools.





The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and participant career objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Learning Management and Learning Management Systems to organize, track, and optimize training programs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Instructional Design to create structured, effective, and engaging learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain complex topics clearly, facilitate sessions, and interact with diverse learner groups.
- Relevant experience in technology or AI-focused education, corporate training, or professional development programs is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze learning data, use feedback to refine programs, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, learner-centric environment.
