Position Overview The AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions that power customer and commercial insights, with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and production-grade AI engineering across analytics workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall, Team Leadership
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of Junior Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and AI Developers
- Oversee all aspects of the team's work including Dynamic LeadGen (DLG) Operations: DLG is an AI/ML-powered solution that transforms healthcare provider targeting in rare and specialty diseases by using predictive modeling, algorithmic triggers, and omnichannel activation to identify and engage practices and physicians often missed by traditional approaches., Analytics Services, AI Solution & Application Development, and Data Management & Operations
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of all team outputs
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and the client
- Manage team performance, development, and growth

Technical Skills & Experience:

- Machine Learning & AI: Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, Time Series & Predictive Modeling, Explainable AI (XAI)
- Generative AI & Agentic AI: Hands-on experience on working with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) Azure OpenAI, Fine-Tuning LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Agentic AI Frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel), AI Agents & Multi-Agent Systems,



LLM Evaluation & Guardrails
- Microsoft AI & Automation Stack: Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot Extensions, Power Apps / Power Automate / Dataverse / Azure AI Services / Azure OpenAI
- Programming & Engineering: Python, SQL, REST APIs, FastAPI / Flask, Git & CI/CD, Workflow Automation
- Cloud & Data Platforms: Snowflake, Azure (preferred), AWS / GCP / Databricks, Vector Databases, Data Pipelines & Data Engineering
- Life Sciences Domain: Commercial Pharma Analytics, Market Access & Payer Analytics, Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Analytics, Real World Data (RWD) / Claims Analytics

Positive to have:

- MLOps (MLflow, Model Monitoring, Experiment Tracking), Docker & Kubernetes, Knowledge Graphs, Vector Search Optimization, Streamlit / AI Application Development, AI Governance & Responsible AI, GraphRAG, Multi-modal AI, Reinforcement Learning, Pharma Commercial Data (IQVIA, Symphony, Specialty Pharmacy datasets), Stakeholder Management and AI Solution Consulting
