THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative, technology-driven AI graphic designer who can combine strong graphic design fundamentals with emerging AI technologies to create compelling visual experiences for Rambhajo’s.

The role will involve conceptualising and executing visual communication across campaigns, jewellery collections, catalogues, digital platforms, e-commerce, and social media.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for luxury aesthetics, jewellery presentation, visual storytelling, and creative execution, along with hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute visual concepts for jewellery campaigns, collections, catalogues, digital platforms, and social media.

Conceptualise and create graphic assets using AI tools and emerging creative technologies.

Work closely with Marketing, Photography, Merchandising, Sales, and other internal teams to develop campaign imagery and creative assets.

Design catalogues, lookbooks, presentation decks, brochures, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

Create visual content for social media, websites, e-commerce, emailers, digital marketing, and other brand touchpoints.

Use AI and traditional design workflows to conceptualise and create lifestyle imagery, campaign environments, product compositions, and visual concepts.

Enhance and retouch jewellery photography with a strong understanding of metals, gemstones, colour, lighting, reflections, proportions,



and product presentation.

Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, visual language, and luxury positioning across all creative outputs.

Explore emerging AI tools, technologies, and design trends to enhance creative quality, efficiency, and brand storytelling.

AI & DESIGN EXPERTISE

Hands-on knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and technologies is an important requirement for this role.

We encourage candidates to explore different platforms, but familiarity with tools such as

ChatGPT | Claude | Adobe Firefly | Midjourney | DALL ·E | Freepik AI | HIXFIELD | Other Emerging AI Platforms

Experience applying AI to:

Creative conceptualisation

Prompt engineering & image generation

Lifestyle & product imagery

Background & environment creation

Image editing & enhancement

Creative variations & art direction

AI-assisted image manipulation

Integrating AI-generated assets into professional design workflows

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.

2+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.

Experience in luxury, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands is preferred.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related design tools.

Proven hands-on experience using AI tools for creative conceptualisation and execution.

Solid understanding of luxury visual language, typography, composition, layout, colour, and visual storytelling.

Ability to conceptualise and execute campaign creatives and marketing collateral.

Strong catalogue and lookbook design capabilities.

Understanding of jewellery photography, image enhancement, and retouching.

Strong eye for jewellery presentation, placement, proportion, colour, and styling.

Knowledge of Jadau, Polki, Kundan, and traditional Indian jewellery aesthetics will be an added advantage.

Excellent presentation, organisational, and time-management skills.





Ability to work effectively within deadlines and manage multiple creative requirements.
