- 8-10 years of experience as Product SME / Platform Lead
- Define and implement Responsible AI frameworks across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to ethical AI principles including fairness, transparency, and privacy.
- Establish and support AI governance structures such as ethics councils and oversight roles.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, AI Act)
- Conduct AI risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Apply technical safeguards such as bias detection, bias mitigation, and data minimization.
Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full time education
