What You’ll Actually Do:

? Take complete end-to-end ownership of our core AI solutions. You will be the ultimate architecture decision-maker, driving projects from blank-canvas conceptualization to deployment, final handoff, and post-launch iteration. No throwing code over the wall you own the outcome.

? Own the research-to-production pipeline. Conduct deep technical research, synthesize findings, and translate them into actionable architectures and high-fidelity functional agents.

? Design and develop cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs and multi-agent architectures.

? Build autonomous AI agents capable of task planning, tool calling, memory management, and workflow orchestration.

? Design, implement, and optimize Generative AI applications using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI .

? Develop AI-powered apps using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.

? Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.

? Implement RAG architectures using vector databases and design advanced prompt engineering strategies, agent reasoning workflows, and evaluation frameworks.

? Optimize agent performance, scalability, response quality, and operational costs.

? Build monitoring, observability,



and governance mechanisms for AI solutions.

? Integrate Voice AI systems , including Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), real-time audio streaming, WebRTC/WebSockets, voice agent architectures, and Conversational AI systems.

? Stay ahead of the curve on advancements in Agentic AI, multimodal AI, and emerging tech!

What You’ll Need (Required Skills):

✅ Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering.

✅ Robust proficiency in Python & hands-on experience with commercial and open-source LLMs.

✅ Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex).

✅ Expertise in RAG implementations , embeddings, and vector databases.

✅ Experience with WebRTC / WebSocket -based streaming systems.

✅ Strong understanding of AI orchestration, workflow automation, and agent lifecycle management.

✅ Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

✅ Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.

✅ Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, fine-tuning concepts, and Responsible AI practices.
