Role & responsibilities

You will automate how this company runs, and build the same systems for our clients. Not workflows in a drag-and-drop tool. Real systems, written in code, with AI doing the work inside them.

- Build automation systems in Python or TypeScript that run unattended: data in, LLM reasoning, action out, with retries, state, logging and cost control
- Build multi step agent pipelines that plan, call tools, check their own output and recover from failure
- Work in AI coding environments (Claude Code, Cursor and whatever replaces them) as your primary way of building, not as an occasional helper
- Model and query data properly: Postgres or Supabase, Redis for state and queues, sensible schemas
- Integrate whatever the job needs: REST APIs, webhooks, scrapers, CRMs, sheets, WhatsApp, Slack
- Track what ships in AI every week — models, agent frameworks, MCP servers, GitHub releases — test what matters, and write up what it changes for us
- Turn that into working prototypes, then into production systems clients pay for
- Measure what each system saves in hours or rupees and report it honestly, including when it does not work

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 4 years writing code. Backend, full stack, data or automation — the title matters less than what you have built
- Python or TypeScript at a level where you debug someone else's code, not just write your own
- You have shipped something using LLM APIs in production: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini. Structured output, tool calling, prompt design,



handling failure
- SQL and a real database. Postgres or Supabase preferred. You understand indexes, joins and why a query is slow
- You build with AI tools, daily. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, agents. If your answer is "I use ChatGPT to write code sometimes", this is not your role
- You follow AI releases as a habit. If asked what shipped last month, you have an answer and an opinion
- Robust plus, any of: MCP servers, RAG and vector databases, Redis, Docker, Playwright or scraping, queues and background jobs, self hosted infrastructure
- Any graduate. What you have built matters, your degree does not

Send links. A repo, a running system, a demo video, a project you automated for yourself. This decides the shortlist more than the CV does. Not a fit if your AI experience is coursework, certificates, or prompts without a system around them. Also not a fit if you have only used closed no-code platforms and cannot explain what happens underneath.
