We are looking for an experienced AI Enablement Trainer to deliver hands-on corporate training for software developers at a leading technology organization.

The program will focus on helping developers understand and apply AI tools, workflows, and best practices in their day-to-day engineering activities, including working with existing enterprise technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led AI enablement sessions for software developers
- Demonstrate practical AI workflows and developer productivity use cases
- Cover AI-assisted development approaches and best practices
- Provide hands-on exercises and real-world examples
- Guide participants in applying AI tools within development workflows

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in AI/Generative AI technologies




- Experience delivering technical training for developer audiences
- Understanding of software development practices and enterprise applications
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants, automation workflows, and developer productivity tools
- Solid communication and presentation skills

Preferred Background

- Experience working with enterprise development teams
- Knowledge of legacy application environments and modernization approaches
- Experience with technologies such as PHP, .NET, or similar enterprise stacks
- Previous corporate training experience preferred
