About the Role

We are looking for an AI Creative Technologist who can work across AI-generated content, creative production and workflow automation.

The role involves creating high-quality AI images and videos for films, campaigns and branded content, while also building AI workflows, automations and lightweight internal tools that improve how our teams work.

This is not a prompt-only role. We are looking for someone who can create with AI and build with AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality AI-generated images, videos, storyboards and film sequences.
- Work with the latest image, video and multimodal AI models.
- Build structured workflows for consistency, continuity, style control and production efficiency.
- Develop AI-powered workflows, automations and internal tools using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other platforms.
- Integrate APIs and AI services into practical end-to-end solutions.
- Improve existing creative and business processes through automation.
- Continuously test new AI tools, models and workflows.
- Document and build reusable AI systems for the wider team.

What We’re Looking For





- Strong hands-on experience with generative AI for images and video.
- Good visual judgement and understanding of composition, lighting, framing and motion.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and generative workflows.
- Experience with tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, ComfyUI or similar.
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and AI APIs.
- Basic understanding of Python, JavaScript, APIs or AI-assisted coding is a plus.
- Ability to learn current tools quickly and solve problems independently.

Most Important

We are not looking for someone who simply knows AI tools.

We are looking for someone with creative judgement, technical curiosity and the ability to turn AI experimentation into production-ready work and useful systems.
