About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented person who can turn ideas into social media images and short-form reels using AI tools, Canva and video-editing tools.

You’ll work on visual content for multiple client brands, following supplied briefs, copy and brand guidelines. This is a hands-on creative role—ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with AI while making sure the finished content looks polished and is ready to publish.

This role focuses on creating images and reels. It does not include SEO, ad management, social media posting or client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media images: Design static posts, carousels, promotional creatives, festival greetings and story visuals using Canva and AI tools.
- Produce short-form reels: Turn client photographs, supplied footage and AI-generated visuals into engaging reels with clear storytelling, text overlays, subtitles, transitions and suitable music.
- Generate and refine AI content: Write and improve prompts, evaluate results, and correct visual errors rather than relying on the first generated output.
- Follow each brand’s identity: Use the correct colours, fonts, logos and messaging. Preserve supplied logos and actual property or product photographs without unwanted alterations.
- Prepare final deliverables: Check spelling, readability, cropping,



image quality and video pacing; export in the required formats and organise editable files.
- Handle feedback and deadlines: Make revisions accurately and manage assigned work across different client brands.

What We’re Looking For
- Working knowledge of Canva, Gemini and other AI image or video-creation tools, plus basic reel-editing skills.
- A good eye for layout, typography, colour, composition and visual consistency.
- The ability to follow a brief, pay attention to details and improve work based on feedback.
- A portfolio showing both image designs and short-form videos. Personal projects and practice work are welcome.

You do not need to be an expert in every tool. We’re more interested in your creative judgment, willingness to learn and ability to turn an idea into a finished visual.
