Role Description

This is a remote contract (Hourly) role for an AI Automation Expert | Software Developer | Architect with solid experience in Claude, AI technologies, and software engineering.

This is not purely an implementation role. The expert will participate in client meetings, understand the client’s business processes and pain points, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical, high-ROI software and automation solutions. They must then be able to design and implement those solutions from end to end.

Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential. The ideal candidate can ask thoughtful discovery questions, explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and confidently recommend the right solution—not simply build what has already been defined. Previous consulting or solution-architecture experience is a strong advantage.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Leading or participating in client discovery meetings
- Analyzing business processes and identifying high-impact automation opportunities




- Recommending AI, automation, and custom software solutions based on business value and feasibility
- Integrating Claude and other AI tools into existing systems
- Developing and maintaining automation workflows, scripts, and software components
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions
- Creating and executing test cases, monitoring automated processes, and troubleshooting issues
- Continuously improving solutions for performance, reliability, and business impact
- Documenting workflows and following software engineering and quality-assurance best practices

The successful candidate will combine the mindset of a consultant, the judgment of a solutions architect, and the hands-on technical ability of a software engineer.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation for designing and implementing efficient workflows.
- Experience in Consulting to gather requirements, advise clients, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated Project Management abilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver work on schedule in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) and experience with AI/ML tools or platforms.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and business-driven development principles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
