- Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions NADCAP, ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2015, NABL and AS9100 systems. To lead, implement, maintain, and continually improve the organization’s certified management systems and accreditations, ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025 (NABL), AS9100, Nadcap, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 27001, and to manage all internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits effectively.

Metallurgical Laboratory Operations

Lead and manage all metallurgical laboratory activities including Chemical Analysis, Mechanical Testing, Metallography, Failure Analysis and Heat Treatment evaluation. Ensure laboratory compliance with Nadcap, AMS, ASTM, ISO, and customer?specific requirements. Develop, review, and approve laboratory procedures, test methods, and work instructions. Oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Ensure data integrity, traceability, and proper test documentation.

Management System & Certification and Audit Management

Establish, implement, maintain, and improve ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 27001 management systems.

Ensure NABL ISO/IEC 17025 compliance for laboratory operations, including scope management and method validation.

Lead Nadcap accreditation activities and ensure sustained compliance to PRI requirements.

Lead product and process qualification activities for aerospace customers and programs. Prepare and review qualification plans, reports, First Article Inspection (FAI – AS9102),



and material/process capability studies.

Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal audits across all applicable standards. Coordinate and manage external audits (Certification Body, NABL, Nadcap, customer, regulatory). Ensure audit readiness, agenda preparation, evidence availability, and effective auditor engagement. Track audit findings, NCRs, observations, and OFIs through to effective closure.

Customer Interface

Visit to Customers for understanding customer perceptions. Understand Customer process and applications. Provide inputs for developing customer specific practices. Develop / modify products based on customer inputs. Develop new products, markets based on customer requirements, applications etc. Analyze customer complaints and implement systematic action plan to avoid the repetition of complaints.

NPD & Expand market in Aerospace, defense segments

Coordinate current product / customer development in Aerospace and Defense market and align the plant quality system in line with customer demand to ensure the product quality to meet the high-end requirements.

Documentation & Control

Develop, review, and approve SOPs, procedures, manuals, formats, and records.

Ensure document and record control aligns with certification and accreditation requirements.

Maintain master lists for standards, specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
