Hiring life insurance - Agency channel
Campion Candidate Criteria :
1. Candidate Must be currently working in Life Insurance company for more than 12 Months
2. Candidate must be from Agency or direct channel, Banca profile won't be considered
3. Candidate must have done min of 35 Lakhs of recent business in the Last FY and proof would be required at the time of offer
4. Should have earned incentives of 50,000 in last 12 Months or else at least in the prior FY , should have earned 50,000 or 1 promotion.
5. There should not be any employment gap
6. CTC Range is between 5 L to 7 L
7. At the time of offer , BM will validate at least his 3 Business prospect and 2 advisor Prospect
