Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
- Train and motivate agents to generate business
- Drive life insurance sales through the agency network
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Provide support in policy issuance and customer servicing
- Conduct regular meetings and field visits with agents
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in Life Insurance sales (Agency Channel preferred)
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Local market knowledge required
