We are looking for experienced professionals to join the Agency Channel team. The role will be responsible for driving business growth through the agency distribution network, developing and managing insurance advisors/agents, improving advisor productivity and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, onboard and develop insurance advisors/agents within the assigned territory.
- Drive business through the agency channel and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a solid network of active advisors/agents.
- Train, coach and motivate advisors to improve their sales performance and productivity.
- Generate business through advisor-led sales and customer acquisition.
- Support advisors with prospecting, lead generation and conversion activities.
- Monitor advisor performance, activation, productivity and business contribution.
- Develop strong relationships with advisors and ensure their engagement and retention.




- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide on-ground support to the agency team.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance requirements and applicable insurance guidelines.
- Prepare business reports and track performance against assigned targets.

Candidate Profile

- 7-13 years of relevant experience in Insurance / Banking.
- Candidates with strong exposure to Agency Channel / Insurance Sales / Channel Sales will be preferred.
- Experience in advisor/agent recruitment, development and management is highly relevant.
- Strong track record of achieving sales and business targets.
- Good communication, relationship management and team-handling skills.
- Full-Time MBA is mandatory.
- Candidates should have no career gaps.
- Candidates should be willing to work in the assigned Tamil Nadu location and undertake field activities.
