About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager who has a solid track record in the Personal Loans / FinTech industry and can independently build, manage and scale a high-volume affiliate acquisition channel.

The ideal candidate should already have a strong network of affiliate partners, publishers, lead aggregators, influencers, media buyers and performance-marketing agencies and should be capable of generating 10,000+ qualified leads/month.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and scale the personal-loan affiliate ecosystem.
- Identify, onboard and manage high-volume affiliate partners.
- Generate 10,000+ qualified personal-loan leads per month through affiliate channels.
- Develop relationships with loan comparison websites, publishers, lead generators, affiliates and performance agencies.
- Negotiate CPL/CPA payouts, volumes, exclusivity and commercial terms.
- Monitor lead quality, approval rates, conversion rates, disbursals and ROI by affiliate.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns based on CPL, CPQL, approval rate and disbursal rate.
- Implement tracking, attribution and real-time lead-quality monitoring.
- Identify and eliminate low-quality, duplicate, incentivized or fraudulent leads.
- Work closely with the Sales, Credit, Product, Technology and Performance Marketing teams.
- Develop new affiliate acquisition channels and continuously increase monthly volumes.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing high-performing affiliates and maximize their potential.

Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of total experience in affiliate/performance marketing.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Personal Loans / Consumer Lending / FinTech.




- Proven ability to generate 10,000+ personal-loan leads per month.
- Existing relationships with personal-loan affiliates, publishers and lead-generation networks will be a major advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Indian personal-loan customer acquisition ecosystem.
- Experience with CPL, CPA, CPS and revenue-share models.
- Strong understanding of lead tracking, attribution, APIs, postbacks and affiliate platforms.
- Experience managing large monthly marketing budgets and partner payouts.
- Strong analytical and commercial negotiation skills.
