→ Design, build, test and maintain backend services and APIs

→ Work with databases and server-side systems

→ Debug real issues; improve reliability and performance

→ Write clean, modular, well-documented code and take part in code reviews

→ Own your tasks end-to-end — from implementation to completion

Strong CS fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, systems. Confident in at least one of Python / Java / C++ / Go. Some understanding of APIs, databases and backend frameworks. Familiar with Git. Pursuing or recently done with a CS / Software Engineering degree. Most of all: you've actually built things, and you can explain your choices.

Nice to have: backend/production projects, Docker, Linux, cloud, CI/CD, or exposure to AI/ML.

One rule, and it's absolute:



never ship code — or an AI-generated answer — you don't fully understand and haven't tested. AI is part of how we work, but you own every line you commit.
