AEM DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AEM DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), Adobe Cloud Manager, CI/CD, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing AEM cloud environments, automating deployment processes, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of AEM applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain AEM Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) environments using Adobe Cloud Manager.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and efficient deployments.
- Automate build and deployment processes using Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Shell/Python scripting.
- Manage Dev, Stage, and Production environments and support configuration management.
- Handle environment provisioning, release management, deployment, and rollback activities.
- Monitor system health, application performance, logs, and alerts.
- Troubleshoot AEM deployment, infrastructure, and performance-related issues in production.
- Work with AEM architecture components including Author, Publish, and Dispatcher.
- Ensure security, governance, compliance, and DevOps best practices across environments.
- Collaborate closely with AEM Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and other stakeholders to streamline release cycles.
- Manage and optimize Dispatcher, CDN, caching, SSL, and related AEM infrastructure components.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance DevOps maturity.




- Support high availability, reliability, and performance of AEM Cloud environments.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience, with strong experience in AEM DevOps / AEM Cloud Service.
- Hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Strong experience with Adobe Cloud Manager, pipelines, and deployment workflows.
- Good understanding of AEM architecture – Author, Publish, and Dispatcher.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Strong knowledge of Maven and/or Gradle.
- Scripting experience in Shell/Bash; Python is an added advantage.
- Experience working with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM Templates is an advantage.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance tuning.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly around AEM deployments and production issues.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AEMaaCS and Adobe Cloud Manager.
- Knowledge of AEM Dispatcher, CDN, caching strategies, SSL, and security practices.
- Adobe AEM or DevOps certifications are an advantage.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative workplace.
