About the Role

Motilal Oswal Financial Services is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Advisor to join our Wealth Management team in Delhi. In this role, you will drive overall investment advisory growth by deepening client engagement, boosting broking productivity, expanding wealth product penetration, and delivering research-backed financial solutions across diverse asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

- Broking Productivity & Revenue Mix: Drive overall broking productivity with a focus on commodity-linked revenue. Maintain a balanced revenue stream across equities, commodities, advisory products, and margin offerings.
- Third-Party Product (TPP) Distribution: Scale AUM by actively driving sales and client activation across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, NFOs, Unlisted Opportunities, and TGS.
- Client Acquisition & Portfolio Expansion: Self-source and acquire high-margin retail and HNI client accounts. Build a sustainable client pipeline to expand the branch's portfolio.
- Margin Trading Facility (MTF) Growth: Educate clients on MTF features and risks to drive activation and expand the branch MTF book consistently.
- Client Engagement & Advisory: Conduct structured call connect times and in-person meetings. Provide research-backed portfolio recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Compliance & Operational Discipline: Ensure timely documentation of client interactions, maintain adherence to advisory processes, and uphold internal risk policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Branch Collaboration: Partner with branch sales teams to cross-sell, improve sourcing quality,



and elevate overall revenue and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or MBA (Finance preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in new client acquisition and relationship management within a broking, wealth management, or advisory setup.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of equity markets, commodities, and wealth management products (MFs, PMS, AIF, MTF, Insurance).
- Skills: Strong client engagement, presentation, and sales negotiation skills. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM/digital tools for activity tracking and updates.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and skilled in managing diverse asset portfolios.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
