About the Role

NoBrokerHood, a part of NoBroker Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager Brand Partnerships & Alliances to drive advertising revenue through brand acquisition, media sales, and strategic partnerships across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire current brands, advertisers, and agencies across key categories.

- Build and manage a strong Pan-India sales pipeline.

- Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

- Build relationships with marketing heads, agencies, and key decision-makers.

- Create customized advertising solutions across Digital, OOH, DOOH, activations, sampling, kiosks, and community branding.

- Drive revenue through new business, repeat sales, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Track sales targets, pipeline, conversions, and account growth.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Business Development.

- Strong B2B sales and revenue-generation experience.

- Experience working with brands, advertisers, or agencies.

- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

- Understanding of Digital, OOH/DOOH, or experiential advertising is preferred.
