We are looking for an experienced Admissions Counselor to guide students and families through the international university admissions process, with a strong focus on partner university applications and student conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on suitable universities, courses, destinations, entry requirements, and career pathways
- Build university shortlists based on academic profile, career goals, budget, and preferences
- Manage partner university applications from initial enquiry through submission, offer, and enrolment
- Assist with application documentation, scholarships, admission requirements, and relevant visa guidance
- Maintain timely follow-ups with students and university representatives
- Manage student records, tasks, and communication through the CRM/student management system
- Build relationships with students, parents, schools, and university representatives
- Support webinars, school visits, seminars, exhibitions, and other outreach activities
- Identify new student recruitment and business development opportunities
- Stay updated on university requirements, deadlines, scholarships,



and changes in key markets
- Work towards individual and team sales and application targets while maintaining a student-first and ethical approach
- Be flexible and willing to take on additional projects and responsibilities related to the role, as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in international education, admissions, or student counseling
- Solid understanding of the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand education markets
- Hands-on experience with partner university applications
- Knowledge of international university admissions, scholarships, and visa processes
- Experience working with CRM/student management systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, counseling, and relationship-management skills
- Excellent organization, follow-up, time management, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
