Job Role

Sales Executive / Admission Counselor

- Contribute to revenue generation by achieving assigned sales targets.

- Sell, up-sell, and cross-sell the company’s education courses to existing and prospective students.

- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions and achieve assigned targets.

- Maintain and update student information in the system for effective lead management and follow-ups.

- Attend regular training sessions on product knowledge and sales skills.

- Follow internal processes, policies, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

- Strong communication and convincing skills.

- Positive sales and lead-conversion abilities.

- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.

- Willingness to learn about education products and sales processes.

- Ability to follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
