The role involves understanding a candidate’s qualified background, career goals and learning requirements, recommending suitable programs, and guiding them through the admission and enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities Connect with prospective learners through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels. Understand the candidate’s education, work experience, career goals and program requirements. Counsel working professionals on suitable Executive Education and professional development programs.





Explain program curriculum, eligibility, certification, fees, admission process and career relevance. Follow up with interested candidates and help them make informed enrolment decisions. Manage assigned leads effectively and maintain regular follow-ups.

Achieve individual monthly admission and revenue targets. Maintain accurate lead and counselling updates in the CRM. Coordinate with internal teams for applications, documentation, payments and enrolment.

Build professional relationships with candidates and provide a high-quality counselling experience.
