Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable IT courses and career paths.
- Handle walk-in, phone and online inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, batches, duration and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams when required.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Maintain professional communication with students throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Student Counselling or a similar role.
- Graduate preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Good follow-up and lead conversion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems is preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable working from our Surat office.

Incentives

- ₹5,000 incentive on achieving 7+ admissions in a month.
- ₹7,000–₹9,000 incentive on achieving 110%+ of the assigned target.
