N nWe are looking for a relationship-oriented Admissions Counsellor & Business Development Manager who understands the Indian education ecosystem and can build long-term partnerships with schools, parents, educators, and educational consultants.

n nKey Responsibilities
N n1. School Partnerships& Institutional Sales (B2B)
N n Identify and approach schools, preschools, learning centres, and educational institutions.
NPresent and pitch The Book Baker’s programs, workshops, competitions, publishing opportunities, and literacy initiatives.
N Build relationships with principals, coordinators, school management teams, and decision-makers.
NDevelop proposals and partnership opportunities tailored to each institution.
N Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective school partnerships.
NCoordinate follow-ups and convert discussions into workshops, programs, and long-term collaborations.
N n2. Admissions & ParentCounselling (B2C)
N n Follow up with incoming leads from social media, website enquiries, referrals, events, and word-of-mouth channels.
NConduct counselling calls with parents to understand their child’s needs and recommend suitable programs.
N Explain program structure, outcomes, timelines, and publishing opportunities.
NManage the admissions process from enquiry to enrollment.
N Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing families.
N n3. Lead Generation & Business Development
N nConduct thoughtful cold outreach to schools, educators, and relevant organizations.
N Identify new channels for growth and lead generation.
NExplore partnerships with NGOs, children’s brands, libraries, learning centres, activity providers, and educational communities.
N Develop referral networks and strategic alliances.
NIdentify opportunities for corporate-sponsored literacy initiatives and storytelling projects.
N n4. Educational Consultant Network
N n Build and manage relationships with educational consultants and student-development advisors.
NPromote “Publish with Purpose” and other flagship offerings through consultant partnerships.
N Create mutually beneficial referral arrangements.
NMaintain regular communication and relationship management with partner consultants.
N n5. Lead Management & Follow-Up
N n Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
NEnsure timely follow-upwith all prospects and partners.
N Track conversations, proposals, pending decisions, and next actions.
NProvide regular updateson pipeline status and business development activities.
N Meet monthly targets while maintaining a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
N n6. Market Intelligence& Chance Discovery
N nStay informed about trends in education, enrichment programs, children’s publishing, and experiential learning.
N Recommend new business opportunities, products, partnerships, and markets.
NSupport the launch of new initiatives under The Book Baker and The Woven Tales.

n nIdeal Candidate
N nRequired Skills
n n 2–5 years of experience in admissions, education sales, school outreach, counselling, partnerships, or business development.
NStrong understanding ofthe Indian education landscape.
N Excellent spoken and written English.
NConfident presentation and relationship-building skills.
N Comfortable conducting meetings, presentations, and follow-up calls.
NOrganized, self-motivated, and process-oriented.
N Proficiency with GoogleWorkspace and CRM tools.
