Job Summary

Adithya Global School is looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Marketing Executive – Admissions to promote the school, generate admission enquiries, engage with prospective parents, and support the admissions team in converting enquiries into student admissions.

The candidate will be responsible for school outreach, field marketing, parent interaction, lead generation, follow-ups, and participation in promotional activities to increase the school's visibility and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Adithya Global School, its academic programs, facilities, curriculum, and activities to prospective parents and students.
- Generate quality admission enquiries through field visits, direct marketing, referrals, events, and local outreach.
- Visit schools, tuition/coaching centres, residential communities, apartments, and other potential locations for promotional activities.
- Meet and communicate with prospective parents and explain admission procedures, programs, facilities, and fee-related information.
- Follow up regularly with admission leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and personal meetings.
- Convert qualified enquiries into successful admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, schools, educational institutions, and local communities.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, exhibitions, roadshows, school events, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the admissions and management teams to ensure smooth handling of prospective student enquiries.
- Maintain accurate lead databases and submit daily/weekly marketing and admission reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends and parent/student preferences.




- Support both online and offline marketing initiatives as required.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, admissions, education marketing, or business development may apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable command of English and Tamil.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in school/college admissions will have an added advantage.
