Job Title : RMJ Administrator (FullTime Employee)

About the Role :

We are seeking a dedicated RMJ Administrator to join our operations team on a fulltime basis. The role focuses on managing Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) environments, ensuring reliable job scheduling, workflow execution, and production support across Windows and Linux platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer Redwood RunMyJobs platform, including configuration and maintenance of Platform Agents.
- Design, schedule, and monitor batch jobs and complex workflows.
- Manage Process Servers and ensure seamless execution of scheduled tasks.
- Perform Windows and Linux system administration related to RMJ operations.
- Troubleshoot job failures, analyze logs, and resolve networking issues impacting production.
- Provide 24/7 production support and incident response for critical job pipelines.
- Document procedures,



configurations, and support tickets for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Must have hands-on experience with Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ), including Platform Agents, job scheduling, workflows, Process Servers, Windows/Linux administration, troubleshooting, networking, and production support.
- Robust in RMJ administration, Platform Agents, job scheduling, workflows, Windows/Linux, production support, troubleshooting, networking, and log analysis.
- Handson experience with Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) covering Platform Agents, job scheduling, and workflow management.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration.
