> - Good experience in handling all verticals in facilities such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security Electrical, plumbing etc.
> - Should be flexible to work schedules and travel between various locations in Chennai.
> - Positive Negotiation skills, Should have knowledge in R&M; and manage the team, set goals, evaluate performance, generate relevant reports.
> - To be able to support basic upkeep, Operation & maintenance, HVAC, housekeeping, electrical/plumbing works, A to Z household requirements, Renovation, BSNL, supervision of laborers / hk team, carpentry, logistics management, security checking etc.
