Role Description As an Ad Ops Executive at Adsflicker, you will manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple formats and targeting options. You will be responsible for setting up campaigns in the ad server, trafficking creatives, monitoring delivery, and making adjustments to improve performance and meet client objectives. You will collaborate closely with account managers, sales teams, and publishers to resolve issues, implement tracking, and ensure accurate reporting.

Daily tasks include analyzing campaign data, troubleshooting discrepancies,



maintaining documentation, and supporting the implementation of best practices for ad operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Operations and Operations Management skills to handle campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and workflow coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, troubleshoot performance issues, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients, and to clearly explain technical and performance details.
- Familiarity with ad servers, tracking pixels, programmatic platforms, and basic digital marketing concepts is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
