Job Title: Worksite Manager

Education: Graduation/ Post Graduate or MBA from a reputed University / Institute

Function: Aviva Direct Channel Sales

Eligibility: 4-8 years of relevant experience

Main Priorities:

- Conceptualize, execute worksite activities across East branches
- Drive customer engagement activities & Branch walk-ins with innovative ideas & complete event management activities
- Branch Catchment Area Mapping, driving outdoor activities for leads build up
- Leads Input to Output (LSQ) funnel management.
- Ensuring Leads/Conversion target achievement of the Zone
- Engagement with FOS & assisting TMs in FOS handholding

Key Skills:

- Should have high relationship building quotient
- Should have capability to do reference generation from Existing customers
- Problem solving and decision-making capability
- Influencing and selling skills
- Aptitude for financial numbers
- Good knowledge of market/ business and competition for experienced candidates
- Having Two wheelers would be an added advantage

Work Environment:

- This position may involve working in an office setting or remotely, depending on company policies and Flexibility in hours may be required to meet team needs.
