Job Title: Agency Manager – Agency Channel
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors.
- Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Build and manage a productive advisor team.
- Drive life insurance sales through the advisor network.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint sales meetings with advisors.
- Monitor advisor performance and ensure business growth.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in Agency Channel, Life Insurance, BFSI, or Sales.
- Experience in team handling and advisor recruitment is preferred.
- Robust communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
