We are looking for a motivated and responsible Accounts Trainee & Calling Executive to join our team.

This role is suitable for someone who wants to build practical experience in accounting, taxation, ITR, GST, client communication, and professional calling.

Stipend/Salary: 10000-15000/-

Job Responsibilities

Accounts & Office Work

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping work.
- Help maintain and update financial records.
- Assist with preparation of invoices, reports, and basic accounting documents.
- Support the team with GST, income tax, and other accounting-related work.
- Enter and maintain data accurately in accounting software and Excel.
- Learn and assist with other office/accounts-related tasks as required.

Calling & Client Communication

- Make professional calls to existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding documents, appointments, payments, and pending requirements.
- Explain basic company services to prospective clients.
- Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely client communication.

Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Basic understanding of accounting concepts is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally / accounting software will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn taxation and accounting work.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
