Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Experience: 8–15 Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager with a solid background in Real Estate Finance, Project Finance, and Fund Raising.

Key Skills & Expertise:

Project Finance & Financial Modelling – DCF, IRR, MIRR, DSCR

Construction Finance & Debt Syndication

Cash Flow & Fund Flow Management

Project Feasibility & Financial Appraisal

RERA Compliance & Tax Planning

CMA Data Preparation

Budgeting & MIS Reporting

Lender Coordination & Financial Planning
