Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support project costing, budgeting, and financial analysis.




- Lead and supervise the accounts team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and financial control enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
