We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support our Finance and Accounts team. The intern will gain practical experience in accounting processes, financial documentation, bookkeeping, and other day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining daily financial and accounting records.

- Support the preparation of invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.

- Assist with data entry and updating accounting records.

- Help in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

- Support bank reconciliation and expense tracking activities.

- Organize and maintain financial files and documents.

- Assist the Accounts team with GST, tax, and other compliance-related documentation, as required.

- Support the preparation of basic financial reports and statements.





- Coordinate with team members for collecting and verifying financial information.

- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office is preferred.

- Familiarity with accounting software will be an added advantage.

- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a team.
