Job Summary

ECOG Products is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team. This opportunity is suitable for freshers and recent graduates who want to gain practical exposure to accounting, billing, financial documentation, and day-to-day finance operations.

The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and work closely with experienced finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records.
- Support preparation of customer invoices and vendor bills.
- Record financial transactions using Zoho Books, Tally ERP, or similar accounting software.
- Maintain Bills Payable and Bills Receivable records.
- Support customer payment follow-ups.
- Verify bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Support basic P&L; and Cash Flow reporting.
- Maintain financial documentation and records.
- Assist with GST-related documentation.
- Support internal and external audit documentation.
- Update accounting data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Support month-end accounting activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Word
