Position: Accounts & Finance Executive Experience: 2 years of experience in Real Estate Accounting & Finance.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month Location: Sector 136, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office About the Company Morvi Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. is a growing real-estate company focused on residential, commercial, and investment properties. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the company's financial processes.

Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Handle Accounts

Payable and Accounts Receivable . Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records. Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation. Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation.

Prepare monthly reports, MIS, and other financial statements as required. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting compliances . Assist with GST returns, TDS returns, and reconciliation. Coordinate with CA/auditors for accounting and statutory requirements.

Monitor outstanding payments and receivables. Verify expenses, bills, purchase invoices, and supporting documents. Maintain proper records of company expenses and vendor payments. Assist in budgeting, cash-flow tracking, and financial analysis.

Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly accounts.



Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Required

SkillsStrong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP . Good working knowledge of MS Excel . Knowledge of GST and TDS . Strong understanding of accounting principles.

Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny. Good analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.

Eligibility B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience . Candidates with experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure accounting will be preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
