- Living Elements World (LEW) is hiring an experienced Accounts &
- Finance Manager to take ownership of the complete finance function. The role will act as the Financial Controller for LEW, overseeing books of accounts, taxation, statutory compliance, collections, cash flow, MIS, inventory controls, site expenses, and project profitability.

- The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining strong financial discipline, ensuring daily collections control, providing clear cash-flow visibility, monitoring project-wise and product-wise profitability, and preventing financial leakages across inventory and site expenses.

- The role will also support the company's rapid growth by improving the conversion of sales into collected cash and developing robust MIS and financial control systems.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting &

- Financial Control:

- Take complete ownership of day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts.

- Monitor financial transactions, reconciliations, and accounting records.

- Establish and maintain strong financial discipline across business operations.

- Ensure proper controls are followed to minimize errors, financial leakages, and irregularities.

GST, TDS &

- Statutory Compliance

- Oversee GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance requirements.

- Ensure timely filing of returns and payment of statutory dues.

- Maintain proper supporting documentation and financial records.

- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities whenever required.

Collections &

- Receivables Management

- Establish strong daily control over collections and receivables.

- Monitor outstanding amounts and follow up on pending collections.

- Track the conversion of sales into actual collected cash.

- Identify collection delays and implement corrective actions.

- Improve collection efficiency and maintain healthy cash flows.

Cash Flow &

- Working Capital

- Monitor daily and periodic cash flows.





- Prepare cash-flow forecasts and provide clear visibility of upcoming inflows and outflows.

- Manage working capital requirements effectively.

- Ensure sufficient liquidity for business and project requirements.

- Identify opportunities to improve cash utilization and reduce unnecessary financial pressure.

MIS &

- Management Reporting

- Develop and maintain robust MIS systems for management decision-making.

- Prepare regular financial and operational MIS reports.

- Provide analysis of revenue, expenses, collections, cash flow, profitability, and other key financial indicators.

- Highlight significant variances, risks, and financial trends to management.

- Convert financial data into clear and actionable business insights.

Project &

- Product Profitability

- Monitor project-wise profitability and financial performance.

- Analyze product-wise revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.

- Track project budgets against actual costs.

- Identify cost overruns and margin leakages.

- Provide management with profitability insights to support pricing and business decisions.

Inventory &

- Site Expense Control

- Establish strong controls over inventory movement, usage, and costs.

- Monitor site-related expenses and ensure proper authorization and documentation.

- Identify and prevent financial leakages in inventory and project/site expenses.

- Reconcile inventory and expense records with accounting data.

- Investigate unusual variances and take corrective action.

Budgeting &

- Financial Planning

- Support annual and periodic budgeting processes.

- Monitor actual performance against approved budgets.

- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective measures.





- Assist management in financial planning and business growth decisions.

Team &

- Stakeholder Management

- Manage and guide the Finance &
- Accounts function.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of financial information.

- Liaise with banks, vendors, consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

- Ensure smooth coordination between finance and business/project teams.

Leakage Control

- Maintain strict controls over inventory and site expenses.

- Identify and prevent unauthorized or avoidable financial leakage.

Experience

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance &
- Accounts.

Education

- Graduate.
