Accounts Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team and support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

The role will primarily focus on Accounts Receivable, billing, payment follow-ups, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records. Freshers with a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals are welcome to apply.

Candidates with prior experience in accounts, billing, receivables, or corporate finance operations will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities.
- Prepare and raise invoices and ensure timely billing.
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on pending invoices, POs, WCCs, and payment approvals.




- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Assist in MIS reporting and month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with the operations and billing teams for accurate invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting processes and SOPs.

Eligibility: - B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel is required.
- Knowledge of Tally/Busy or other accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Robust attention to detail, follow-up skills, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
