Department: Accounts & Finance

Reporting To: Head Office – Accounts / Finance Head

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations of the Silvassa Plant.
- Record and verify all plant expenses, purchases, payments, receipts and other transactions.
- Handle and maintain petty cash, including inward/outward entries, vouchers, bills and daily cash reconciliation.
- Ensure all expenses are supported by proper bills/vouchers and approvals.
- Maintain accounting records, registers and documents properly.
- Coordinate with Plant departments for bills, expenses and other accounting requirements.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports and accounting details with Head Office.
- Immediately report any discrepancy, shortage or unusual transaction to Head Office.




- Support audits and statutory requirements as required.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Com / equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant setting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Salary Range – 15000rs to 18000rs (For Good Experience candidate providing hike on previous salary 10 to 20%) Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
