Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with robust accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP and Tally ERP. Candidates with experience in the Real Estate industry or CA Firms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and accounting documents.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare GST-related documentation and support statutory compliance.
- Generate MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of records in SAP and Tally ERP.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.




- Support audits and assist in the preparation of financial reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in CA Firms will also be preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP and Tally ERP is mandatory.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from Real Estate companies or CA Firms will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days' notice period will be preferred.
