We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Data Entry Operator to manage our daily accounting entries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Daily data entry of Sales, Purchase, Expenses in Tally Prime / ERP
- Handling Invoicing, Billing, and Voucher entry
- Assisting in GST, TDS data preparation
- Maintaining Excel sheets for accounts & stock
- Bank Reconciliation and Ledger scrutiny
- Coordinating with Accounts and Store team for data verification
- Maintaining proper filing of bills and documents
Required Skills
- 1 Year experience in Accounts / Data Entry
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Basic knowledge of GST, Accounting principles
- Positive typing speed and accuracy
