About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Billing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial documentation for our growing food and wellness business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting and billing activities.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, credit/debit notes, and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, payments and receipts.
- Handle GST-related documentation and support GST filing/compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer/vendor accounts and outstanding payments.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding billing and payments.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase and sales transactions.
- Assist with monthly closing, reports, and basic financial analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting records.




- Support the management with regular accounts-related reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts & Billing.
- Experience in Food, Pharma, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of GST, invoicing, and basic accounting.
- Experience with Tally/accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to manage work independently.

Pay: ₹10,812.77 - ₹30,565.44 per month
