Job Summary

We are looking for an Account Assistant to support daily accounting operations, financial record management, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and reporting activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST/TDS, banking transactions, and proficiency in Tally & MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, ledgers, vouchers, and invoices.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Process vendor payments and maintain Accounts Payable (AP).
- Track customer receipts and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliance work.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and monthly financial reports.
- Support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.




- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and branch teams.
- Monitor loan disbursement and collection accounting entries in the NBFC system.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in NBFC/MFI.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with NBFC/Microfinance accounting.
- Understanding of RBI/NBFC compliance requirements.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
