Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Stores Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities along with material and inventory management at the project/site level.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, invoices, vouchers, and documentation.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records.
- Manage stores and inventory of construction materials.
- Record inward and outward movement of materials.
- Maintain stock registers and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
- Verify purchase bills, delivery challans, and material receipts.
- Monitor stock levels and raise requirements for materials when needed.
- Prepare basic MIS reports related to accounts, purchases, and inventory.
- Assist with bank reconciliation, petty cash,



and expense tracking.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounts and stores records.
- Support audits and month-end reconciliation activities.

Requirements
- B.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts and Stores, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/Tally.
- Good understanding of purchase and vendor documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage both accounts and stores responsibilities independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
